We’ve put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information about our clinic and the services we offer.

Where are you located?

Located in the Mulgoa Shopping Centre at 1216 Mulgoa Road, Mulgoa. For more detailed directions and a map visit our contact us page.

What conditions do you treat?

We specialise in the treatment of all types of musculoskeletal problems such as back and neck pain, arthritic conditions, joint problems, headaches and migraines, stress-related issues and recovery after surgery. We believe in a "hands-on" approach to treatment.

Our physio’s have extensive experience treating sports injuries of any nature: muscle tears and tension, cartilage damage, ligament sprains and tendinitis. With a caring and compassionate focus, our physio team will get you back to your peak performance.

Do I need a Doctor’s or specialist referral?

No. We are primary healthcare providers, you can call up or walk in off the street to see our team of physios for your personal physio support needs.

We do however require a referral for all Workers Compensation Insurance matters (SIRA), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), Enhanced Primary Care Plans (Medicare) or Third Party Motor Accident Insurance claims (CTP).

Monday to Friday – 7:30am – 7pm
Saturdays – 7:30am – 1pm
Closed Sundays

Can I choose which Physiotherapist I see?

Of course. In fact, it’s encouraged. Ask questions about their expertise and check out our social media and staff profiles on our About us page to see who is the best fit for you. We’re proud to boast a very proficient and friendly team of both male and female physios with a vast array of clinical experiences and areas of expertise.

Do you have private rooms?

Yes. We have private rooms with doors.

How long is a physio session?

Our appointments typically last 30 mins for initial and subsequent visits. Whilst this is usually enough time for most injuries longer appointments for complex or multi-joint conditions may be required. If you’re not sure give us a call.

Should I book a physio or massage session?

Our team of physios and massage therapist work alongside for exceptional patient outcomes. Our physios do however specialise in the diagnosis of movement related disorders and if you’re unsure of what the issue is or would like to ask any questions we recommend at least seeing one of our physios first, especially if the issue relates to the neck or back.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring all related medical documents and scans you think are required to help us assess you. It helps if you can dress in loose or active attire that you would feel comfortable to perform simple exercises in.

How can I pay?

We accept and process all major health funds, Medicare (no gap) and EFTPOS payments through our HICAPS terminal.

Do you treat more than 1 person at a time?

No, we believe in individualised support, your physio will dedicate the entirety of your session to you.

What can I expect on my first session?

Your physio will sit down with you and talk about what has brought you in, observe some movements, assess and perform some treatment with their hands and then work with you to develop 1 or 2 exercises you can work into your day to assist your rehabilitation.

Can I contact my physio in between sessions?

Yes, our patient management software gives you the opportunity to communicate via text to the physio’s work computer alongside your patient file so the information is both safe and secure but also readily available. Let them know how the exercises they taught you went . We care about your journey and will be there to assist every step of the way.
